This policy explains what cherrytopmgmt.agency collects through its application form and emails, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. "Cherry Top", "we" and "us" mean the agency that runs this site.

What we collect

• The details you put in the application form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, Instagram or X profile, OnlyFans link, earnings range, country and anything you add in the message box.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic server logs kept by our host, such as browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit.

Why we use it

• To read your application and get back to you.
• To provide our services if you become a client, under a separate written agreement.
• To answer questions.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We don't sell personal information, and we never pass your personal details to fans or publish them.

Who it's shared with

The services that handle our form submissions and email, only to the extent they need it to do that job, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's needed to deal with your application or our work together. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or object to how it's used. Email privacy@cherrytopmgmt.agency and we'll respond.

Adults only

We only work with people aged 18 or over. If you believe someone younger has sent us their details, let us know and we'll remove them.
